Sessions

Each Reiki session is personalized to the client's needs. The session will begin and end with a brief consultation between the practitioner and the client. The client will rest comfortably fully clothed on a massage table in a safe, calm, and peaceful environment. The practitioner will lightly place their hands on or just above your body. The Reiki energy will flow from the practitioner's hands to the client's body and energy field to promote rest, relaxation, stress reduction, and balance of your overall well-being.  The benefits of a session will vary from person to person and will usually continue to work for hours and even days after a session. 

Clients often opt for Distance Reiki sessions for various reasons such as, convenience, flexibility, physical limitations, or comfort level. Each session is personalized to the client's needs. The session will begin and end with a brief consultation either via the phone, email, or Zoom. Distance Reiki sessions utilize intention and energy, making this form of energy healing accessible regardless of your location. From the comfort of your own space, you can experience rest, relaxation, stress reduction, and an energetic balancing of your body. The benefits of a session will vary from person to person and will usually continue to work for hours and even days after a session. 

Each Reiki session is personalized to the client's needs. This session will include a one to three card spread Oracle Card Reading. The card reading can either be performed at the beginning or end of the Reiki session as part of the consultation. The client will rest comfortably fully clothed on a massage table in a safe, calm, and peaceful environment. The practitioner will lightly place their hands on or just above your body. The Reiki energy will flow from the practitioner's hands to the client's body and energy field to promote rest, relaxation, stress reduction, and balance of your overall well-being.  The benefits of a session will vary from person to person and will usually continue to work for hours and even days after a session.

Are they open, closed, overactive, sluggish? The practitioner will then lightly place their hands on or just above your body. The Reiki energy will flow from the practitioner's hands to the client's body and energy field to encourage flow and balance to the chakras promoting release of stagnant energetic blocks. The benefits of a session will vary from person to person and will usually continue to work for hours and even days after a session. 

Reiki for children works exactly the same way it does for adults — gentle, hands-on or hands hovering energy work that supports the body's natural ability to relax, regulate, and heal. Sessions are gentle, unhurried, and completely personalized. If a child wants to lie still, wonderful. If they need to move around, talk, color, play with a fidget toy, or simply get comfortable in their own way first, we work with that. There is no wrong way to receive. Parents are welcome to stay in the room — for some younger children, that presence helps them to feel comfortable, for others it can be therapeutic to have their own independence. Sessions are adapted in length depending on the child's age and capacity. The environment is kept calm, safe, and pressure-free.

Our animals can benefit from energy healing through Reiki sessions just as much as we can. Animals are highly intuitive and sensitive to the energies of their surroundings. Animals also experience stress and energetic imbalances. In-person and Distance Reiki sessions are available depending on your needs.

• Maintaining health and well-being through regular sessions.
• Aiding in pain management for animals who are ill, injured, or going through surgery.
• Promoting relaxation and calm for animals with emotional issues, anxiety, separation anxiety or stress
• Increasing bond between human and animal - a great way to ease an animal's transition to a new home environment or to enhance training.
• Bringing peace and comfort to a dying pet by easing the transition into death. 

30-minute sessions are $40
60-minute sessions are $70
90-minute sessions are $100

*All Distance Sessions must be paid in full (Paypal or Venmo) 24 hours prior to the schedule session.
